Title: Chicken Tomato

Yield: 4 Servings

5 Pieces of boneless skinless
  Chicken tenders, breasts
1tbOlive oil
1/2cChopped onion
1/2cChopped green pepper
1cChopped tomatoes
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2tbWorcestershire sauce
3/4tsDry mustard
1tsEGS, or to taste

Pour oil into frying pan, and heat until hot. Add the chicken (I used frozen chicken tenders), cook about five minutes, or until chicken is lightly browned.

Add tomatoes, garlic, green pepper, onion and cook another five minutes. Combine the Worcestershire sauce and mustard together in a small container. Whisk until the dry mustard is dissolved. Add this to the chicken in the saucepan.

Cover and cook until meat is done. Serve over white or brown rice.
